SOMO would like to inform all interested companies that the deadline for submission of bids under the above-mentioned Public Announcements has been extended until 12:00 PM (Baghdad Time) on Monday, 22nd June 2026.

Furthermore, SOMO has obtained OFAC License No. (IRAN-EO13902-2026-1448903-1), which authorizes SOMO to sell and export Iraqi-origin fuel oil stored at Khor Al-Zubair / Berth (41) to non-sanctioned entities.

A copy of the aforementioned license shall be provided to the successful bidder upon completion of the award process and shall form an integral part of the contractual documentation, as applicable.

All other terms and conditions of the above-mentioned Public Announcements shall remain unchanged.
